"Needs to be cleaned up some and maybe have a look that invites people. The landlord needs to be more proactive in making sure that his trailers are suitable and repaired before they are rented out. And the property could use some revamping for sure and other than that I’d say it’d be a really great place. But it’s not to bad I suppose I’ve seen worse."
