Reviews
"Stayed at one of the cabins in early March 2024. Really nice but could use some upgrades. Only one key given and can only lock the doors dead bolt. Need to update your locks to combination locks. Mildew around almost every light/sprinkler. Don't count on sleeping on the sofa sleeper, mattress definitely needs to be upgraded. We had to take a mattress off of one of the bunk beds to use the sofa sleeper. There was no hot water in the master bath. Everyone had to bath in the other bathroom. Fish weren't bitting but the scenery is to die for, such a beautiful place. We saw at least three bald eagles over the lake. I do plan on going back but will be better prepared."
"Having stopped in Morgan City to do some laundry wait for that review found this park on the lake mile and half down the road gorgeous an RV park as well as a public park with walking trails public bathrooms gorgeous views moss covered trees and good enough Verizon cell service to be able to do a little work top notch. There's normally a $5 entrance fee but no one was at the Guard Station so I went to the main office and they said it was free if no one's at the station I also asked about a gray water dump and they gave that to me free as well so two thumbs up"
"I took my grandson and he didn't want to leave. The people are so nice that staying there. I really enjoyed myself. It's always clean and beautiful. Thank the grounds keeper. Job well done."
