Reviews of Boardwalk Park
"A fine place for a little waterside stroll. Saw someone fishing so that’s cool, and I enjoyed the ambiance of the boats."
"The park is a nice little place to view the boats and enjoy the scenic view of the water. However, I did notice that the park tends to attract mosquitoes, which can be quite bothersome. The park itself is well-maintained and has a charming atmosphere. The boardwalk provides a great walkway to stroll along and take in the sights. The surrounding greenery adds to the peaceful ambiance of the park. I especially enjoyed watching the boats come and go, it was a peaceful and calming experience. However, the only downside to this park is the presence of mosquitoes. I would highly recommend bringing bug spray or wearing long sleeves to avoid getting bitten. On a personal note, this park holds a special place in my heart as I was proposed to here. So, my opinion may be a bit biased. Overall, I would recommend visiting Board Walk Park. It's a lovely place to spend a few hours and appreciate the beauty of the water and the boats. Just be prepared for the mosquitoes. FYI the elevator does not operate."
"Came out here to do a shoot for my job and decided to visit the water.. Came across this place.. Beautful place with a old boardwalk.. I wish this town was bustling and happening it would make this city much more attractive!!! Glad I stopped by here"
"First visit to the Boatwalk Park in Port Arthur. It is an old city maybe beaten up by many hurricanes in the pass. But this place is naturally very beautiful and has a lot of potentials The Island between the Canal and Lake Sabine is a germ."
"Great views of big boats on the river but not much else to see or do."
