"Cigarette butts are everywhere in the childrens playground area. They catch my one year olds eye since they are are a different color than the brown chips. He picks them up. I have to watch him like a hawk to try to stop it. There were cigarette ashes on the playground equipment that he stuck his hand in. It's disgusting. If you have to use the bathroom you have to leave because there are no restrooms. It needs more shade."
