"How can a water bill ever reach $200+ dollars? When asked why the rates are so high there is never a logical reason given. Then suddenly, it will drop to the $50 range during the colder seasons. Isn't this illegal? One woman told my husband it helps fund the town. What a joke! Just to add, no we have no leaks or any other type of plumbling issue. This should be a crime."

"The worst. They open when they want to. They cut off your water the day of the ending cycle. (Cheating many out of there hard earned money.) They were rude, when asked about their policy on the matter, and I have had the worst experience with paying any bill, with them."
