"The prices are great and the employees are nice and the collection of games is amazing. The onlwy thing I was annoyed about was they didn't have Gameboy games or the console. That's my only nit pick but other then that it's a amazing place to go for retro gaming"
"great console inventory but tried coming here a few times, the guy with the glasses is extremely rude and always gave off the vibe he didn’t even want us in the store or seemed annoyed by us for asking questions, very unpleasant experience. won’t be coming back. i would highly recommend the other retro game stores gameware over these people"
"Regular at the store, and I've got a lot to say. The prices are great, the variety of items in stock is great. The music is god-awful, so bad that I and friends have had to leave due to headaches. I feel genuinely sorry for those who have to work there. Speaking of some employees are good and polite, some are the worst and should be fired. I've sold to them and had an idiot employee not use my credit literally minutes after finishing up my sell-to. Couldn't get a refund due to their own policy despite the screw up. One employee, "Sam," is incredibly annoying. She often screams in the store over anything. Otherwise, the others I've met are chill and helpful. If you enjoy collecting things as a hobby, I'd recommend going, but perhaps bring some air pods with you."
"I got there and I brought two handhelds there because they weren't cutting on. There was not many customers, apparently this store opened March 2022, so I wanted to spread the good news of this place. They gave me individualized attention and he helped switch my batteries and I found out that I needed a new battery. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They only got 4 stars at first for not having their exterior store signage on and no fault to their own but it was chaotic getting there because traffic around here is a nightmare, Goodluck getting there and I'm lucky to find the store. That's where anything negative stops. And because of their customer service and 90 day warranty on my new charger that I bought I feel confident in this place. I didn't feel rushed out or didn't feel weird being there like other stores, game store employees normally don't have good social skills. I want to add that they had ton of used and retro consoles, tons of toys and plushies and stuff that looked pretty that you could decorate your home with and they even had some collectors stuff. I totally will shop here and it took all of 35 minutes to drive here and it didn't seem like I had no closer options where I live but I would shop here if a new shop opened up overnight in my neighborhood. Best of luck to this store and I hope this honest review helps"
"The location is barely 2 weeks old. You can tell some of the staff is very new and still learning. They have a wider variety of things than any Gamestop and due to the store size more than what Gamewares have. Building was clean and everything was organized well. If your in the area they have things like figures (old and new), pip culture stuff (like clothing, posters, ect), model kits and gunpla, a large DVD and blu ray library), tcg cards sealed and singles (including bulk), comic books and manga. Anime, board games and tabletop (DND) supplies, and video game systems, accessories, and games from the NES era to PS5 era. Worth a stop just to look and see if you find anything you'd be interested in at the least."
