"I had gotten busy with work meetings and forgot to order flowers for my Mom's birthday. I called Kat at 1:21pm and placed my order and explained that today was the birth date but I understood I was calling too late for a same day delivery. She did say she was very busy but that she would see what she could do. At 5:41 PM my my tested me with a picture of the beautiful arrangement she received!! Definitely EXCEEDED all my expectations and made the day! Thank you Kat for all you do!"
"We used this company for our daddy's funeral. Miss Kathy was absolutely amazing and professional. As we were sitting at the table discussing what we wanted, someone else came in and interrupted her because they were distressed about not having flowers because something happened last-minute for them. She handled all of us with grace and respect knowing it was a tough time for everyone. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and perfect. She was authentically nice, and we highly recommend."
