"I'm extremely disappointed in the level of service and professionalism from South and Thomas. After meeting with Tom South a few months ago, he assured me his office was a great fit for me and my business and promised his office would take care of my personal and business taxes. However, he did not come through on his end which has resulted in nothing but a waste of time and money for me. During our first meeting of unsecured promises by Tom, I was prepared and provided all of the information requested. In the days leading up to the filing deadline, countless phone calls and emails to Tom and his office were made and I never received one returned phone call or email. Finally, the day after the filing the deadline, I was able to get a hold of Tom. He informs me that I never provided all the necessary information to correctly file my taxes. Even though I knew that I had, I told Tom I would email him what he needed. So I emailed Tom and included his staff as well, I even went as far as calling his office to confirm they received the information in the email, and they did confirm. Now, 15 days after extension deadline and countless calls to Tom, he say's that he never received the information!! Even though I have emails to confirm this and called to tell his office to check their email. However, you would think if he did not have the information he needed would have called right? No, not Tom or anyone from this company. So after Tom tells me he never received my information it was clear to me that he nor anyone at South and Thomas have me or my business in their best interest. So I told Tom that his office did receive the information and then asked that he have my tax information ready for me to pick up from his office. Then in the extremely cowardly and weak fashion he holds himself to and also runs his business by, he proceeds to hang up on me. I then went to Tom's office and had the email correspondence printed for his review, and what does he do? Throws the email down and hands me my information. WOW!!!!! BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE AND TOM SOUTH. NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CLIENTS, THEIR CLIENTS TAXES, THEIR CLIENTS FINANCES, THEIR CLIENTS BUSINESSES, ETC.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!"

After our first meeting where we were told they would prepare our taxes for the previous year, they stopped returning our calls and emails when they found out our tax preparation would contain more work than they first expected. If you you have an easy return I’m sure this office would work for and with you. However it is very bad business to not even return phone calls or emails to inform a client you will not work with them. Thankfully we were about to find another CPA to get our taxes done in time."
