"So today I sent my wife flowers for our anniversary. I made this order online while rushing to finish up my work for the end of the week. Due to my haste, I gave them the wrong business address. Due to this error, I sent House of Flowers to the opposite side of town. Even with a careless error on my part, they still managed to find someone at that location to guide them to where my wife actually worked. They then drove all the way to the opposite side of town in order to deliver the bouquet in a timely manner. I didn't realize any of this until my wife came home and explained to me what happened (she received a strange email from a random employee that worked at the other location). Once I pieced together what had truly happened and the error I created, I was very grateful for their service and tenacity."
