"Wish I would have looked at the reviews before booking. I scheduled appointment for both of my dogs here. I show up and the doors locked and theres a sign that says “if door is locked please ring doorbell”. I am standing outside in the cold and rain with my pups and ring the doorbell…no answer. I then call the phone number and someone answers but is completely silent and i hear them moving around and then they hang up. I switch from calling again and again to ringing the doorbell…no answer. The dogs inside were going crazy so I know she knew I was there. After a long time, I end up leaving. I message her on facebook to let her know…no answer. I ended up being late to work waiting for her to answer. I’ve called all day still no answer. Horrible business. If something happens, please let your customers know that you cannot take them or need to reschedule!"

"Horrible service. The staff was nice but the owner had a terrible attitude and accused my dog of being vicious and violent. She demanded that I come pick him up immediately while I was out of town. l've boarded my dog at different facilities and never once had any issues. She handled my dog poorly as if he was a pound animal and I do believe my dog became agitated as a result of her severly mistreating him. I really feel my dog has been through a tramatic experience. He hasn't been his normal self since he has been home. Also, he caught a respiratory infection from their which has worsen his breathing problems."

"When we first arrived, she made us remain outside because she didn’t want “fur everywhere,” meanwhile I have a husky that can barely tolerate Louisiana heat. Also, if you have a big dog that tends to get a little nervous during grooming, I would definitely not recommend this place! She had a muzzle on my dog and wouldn’t interact with him because she claim, “he was going to snap.” How is it possible for him to snap with a muzzle on?? Therefore, I end up doing all the work (washing, brushing, etc.) because she was so “terrified.”"

"Took one of our dogs there for the first time. Premises are clean and neat. Prices are very reasonable. The staff is very friendly, and you can tell they are truly interested in what they are doing. We were very satisfied, and next time our big dog needs a bath that is where she will be going as well. I highly recommend them"

"My little 4 lb poodle is somewhat of a little diva. She does not love to be groomed to put it mildly. Normally I would pick her up from being groomed from other places and she would be shaking. When I pick her up here, she is happy and beautiful. Charly does an amazing job. She actually listens to your request on how you want your pet groomed and follows through every time. The staff is very friendly. The facility is ALWAYS clean and the other pets there seem very content. They get 5 stars from me."
