"It has taken me since May to get to writing this review. My sister passed away with cancer, She worked for Harbor Hospice who recommended Lumberton Funeral Home that they were associated with. My nephew chose to use them. They recommended this flower shop. So we ordered our families traditional bleeding heart cemetery floral arrangement. We gave instructions for no greenery behind heart to use white ribbon, put ribbon to the legs to cover stand with bows, a sister ribbon. We were charged $439 for this, very expensive. When we arrived the piece was horrible. No ribbon behind heart, a pinkish red ribbon that looked bad with bright red roses, and to add to horror, they hot glued the ribbon to legs and you could see the glue line and legs defeating purpose of hiding stand legs. The sister ribbon was tacky stick on tiny ugly font stick on letters. They would not answer phone to come pick it up, their friend the funeral director tried to call them with no success. they refused to refund money or even discount us the money back for such a bad job. Just horrible flowers, expensive price, and don't believe in customer satisfaction. Will never recommend them or the funeral home that recommended them. Bad experience all around."

My (now husband) and I decided to get married while my father was in town from overseas - leaving us only two weeks to plan the wedding, with Christmas right in the middle of those two weeks. I called one flower shop and they laughed at me and my timeline. I only wanted a bouquet to walk with, but they made me feel like it was an impossible task. The ladies at Lumberton Flower Shop made me feel special and they honestly CARED about my wedding and the bouquet I wanted for it. It turned out beautiful and absolutely perfect despite my rushed timeline and the holiday season. I wouldn't change a thing! And now they have a customer for life!"
