"Wayside Florist takes extremely good care of their customers. From Funeral Arrangements to Corsages to Seasonal or Birthday Arrangements, Mrs Linda is great at putting together something I love everytime. I’ve also gotten some really cute Crosses and nicknacks!"

"My son went there to order a simple 2 dozen rose circle bouquet and when he got them they were brown and wilted and they told me to come back so when I went back even after I showed the brown and black wilted flowers the lady said they were supreme roses and nothing was wrong they all looked like this well me and my mother and son and others that seen it was shocked at how bad they looked they looked almost dead and brown and black it was sad and we paid 160 for this! And I’m not a complaining person we order all the time from market basket and they were beautiful but today we decided to try a florist AND LET ME TELL U SHE WAS SO SO RUDE TO USE WHEN WE WENT BACK!!! She SAID FIRST SHE WAS ONLY GOING TO RETURN THE 100 and my son who paid CALLED AND I WAS TELLING HIM AND she said I’m gonna return all your money cause you will just bad mouth me around town I said no ma’am I’m not like that and she said YES YOU ARE AND I’VE NEVER MET HER EVER BEFORE !!!! I’ve lived here for years and I’ve never seen such bad customer service and I have never been treated so ugly in all my life and then she said oh why didn’t u go to market basket then and don’t ever come back!!! WE’LL I’M SORRY LADY BUT TRUST ME WE WONT EVER BE BACK AND I WILL MAKE SURE NO ONE IN MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS GO THERE EVER BC I SPEND QUIET A BIT ON FLOWERS AND THIS WAS SAD AND UGLT FLOWERS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND 160 for 24 roses and they were practically DEAD NO THANK YOU IF YOU WANT BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS WITH A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT GO HERE AND I MEAN JUST READ THE OTHER REVIEWS SEEMS TO BE THE NORMAL OCCASION LOTS OF OTHERS HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM"

"I paid extra for the deluxe version of the sympathy wreath that I purchased, and did not even receive what I consider to be a standard version. Also the flowers pictured were not used, instead they dyed a carnation to a turquoise color, not the color I ordered. Now Wayside is not replying to my message or answering so it looks like I will be embarrassed by this arrangement despite paying over $200. Do not use this florist!"

"I received flowers from my husband. Oh, how sweet right? Not really cause the flowers that were sent by Wayside were sad looking. When I call to let them know that I was very unsatisfied with them, the lady was rude and was talking to someone else in the back ground and then hung up on me. I wasn't rude so for her to hang up on me was uncalled-for. The lady made the comment that the site my husband ordered from gave them a list of flowers that were in the arrangement. After looking at the arrangement that my husband picked out, I found that what he paid for is not what was provided. The arrangement in the picture had more filler and some flowers were not the same as what was put in my arrangement. It looks like they just threw the flowers in a vase. One of the flowers looks like it may have been broken, but they claim it was due to the flower being bent. This is not the first time someone has sent flowers from Wayside. For my birthday one year a friend sent me flowers, and they had to send out a new arrangement since the ones Wayside sent were already wilting. This is your name you shouldn't send anything out your door unless you are satisfied."

"My d-i-l wired my mom some flowers from Teleflora after surgery. The bouquet came from Wayside. The flowers were wilted and not arranged, just a bunch of flowers stuck in a vase. She complained and they were supposed to send another the next day. We didn't find out til 5 pm that they had tried to deliver Friday, but since no one was home they would have to be picked up at the shop. They close at 5, but their advertised Saturday hours are 9 am- noon. I went at 10 am to pick up, but it was closed. Will now have to wait til Monday to pickup...those flowers will probably be wilted by then too. Should have sent fresh flowers in the first place."
