"I ordered Lillies and Roses with succulents and it was supposed to be rustic looking. There were zero lillies and the daisies they used instead were hideous all torn up looking. I'm in disbelief. I even paid to upgrade it above the deluxe. I'm attaching a photo of what I ordered compared to what I got."

"I'll start by saying I'm not disappointed in the "Prettiness" of the flower arrangement my mother received this afternoon. However, I'm very disappointed in the size of the arrangement, the number of total flowers, and the type of flowers the flower baristas used. My sister and I used BFFG's online service to place the order for my mothers Birthday. When buying flowers through BFFG's website you typically get 3 dollar amounts to choose from. We choose the highest amount ($75) expecting this arrangement to look as close to the photo as possible. I don't know the first thing about flower arrangements or what a good price is but in my opinion this arrangement isn't worth the $97.78 we paid. We simply wanted our mother to feel special on her day of birth and this arrangement unfortunately fell short. I won't be giving them a second chance and neither should you."
