"They're dishonest when fulfilling orders made via 1-800 Flowers. Although I paid an extra surcharge for Saturday delivery, Rainbow delivered it on Friday afternoon instead. I was unaware of this because Rainbow conveniently waited until Saturday afternoon to update the order status as delivered, so of course 1-800 Flowers doesn't see a problem. Since the arrangement was for a specific occasion, it was basically a total waste."

"I placed an order for a beautiful bouquet for a funeral. After I completed my order, I called and asked them to please deliver the flowers to the funeral home the same day, for the visitation. Not only were the able to accommodate my request, but they had delivered the flowers 1.5 hours from when my purchase was made. Extremely fast and friendly service!! Thank you!"

She dropped everything she was doing & after telling her I wanted sunflowers & something blue; she came up the most beautiful bouquet! It was more than I ever expected! The price was extremely fair! "Spent over $400 for 3 separate dozen roses, with chocolates and teddy bears for each order. Order was placed on 2/11 to be delivered on 2/14. Was not delivered until 2/15 and my girls did not get their chocolates or Teddy bears. I was only refunded $85. I only gave it a star because I had to in order to write the review."
