"I’m trying to click for more stars but I can’t find the button. Mona took pity on a desperate (or at least I felt desperate) situation on a Friday. She was full to the roof with loyal clients but squeezed us in under special circumstances. I arrived to her with a “pee-u” and left with a “flower child.” It certainly made the long drive home a totally different experience and saved me the time of stripping down to do the job myself late at night. There is no doubt she was gentle and kind because Maggie skipped around when she left rather than bolt for the door. Dogs don’t lie."

"The staff are really friendly, but the grooming isn't always great. Our dog usually comes back with sharp buzz lines (short hair transitioning sharply to longer hair) and it doesn't look that great."
