"Very poor communication skills. Extremely unprofessional and a terrible attitude. Called based on the site info on a Sunday and had an angry individual tell me they were closed with a terrible attitude and hung up the phone in my face. Didn’t even get a chance to say my apologies and thank you for your time. That’s too bad. I’ve always heard great things about this place. If you have no time for a quick professional response, definitely wouldn’t trust that attitude with my fur baby! A business’ representation and professionalism never get a day off."

"Tresa did a wonderful job! My dog was well taken care of. She got him in last minute. He smelled wonderful and looked great. She went the extra step and cleaned his ears as a bonus. We got him bathed, groomed, teeth brushed, and ears cleaned. She was very thorough!!"

"My shih tzu was nothing like I thought he would look he was real choppy and she didn’t give him a teddy bear face he was cut way to short the only thing I liked was that he smelled good and her prices aren’t outrageous like everyone else but I would rather pay more to get what I want so I definitely won’t be returning because he was chopped and screwed lol"
