"They are truly ambassadors in customer service. I called them with urgent needs my pool person started cheating me out of chemicals despite charging me weekly service sadly turning my pool green and not accesible for 2 months and now has iron stains on a pool that was completely redone and plastered 11 months ago ONLY. . With-in 2 days they came over assessed the issue and gave me a “ green to clean” treatment. Followed up for like 3 days consecutive and balanced chemicals. They will now be my provider. Our journey is just beginning but hope that they can get the iron stains out. We are elated. See for yourself in 3 days. Highly recommend."
