"I have been waiting on uniforms since the last week of June! I wish Ben Franklin had another vendor I definitely would not go back to Johnson’s! If u are the only vendor PROVIDE ENOUGH UNIFORMS. I live in little woods I refuse to go all the way there for 2 pieces every other moth! I’m still waiting on uniforms! I think it’s this way because they are the only vendor for Ben so they feel they can take advantage of the customers."
"The worst. Please do not try to obtain a customized order. I have been waiting since July 22nd and here it is almost September. They never answer the phone and when they did they have no answers whatsoever for you. Never Again!!!"
"Service is horrible. This is the 3rd year in a row I've had the same issue. This year I purchased uniforms and a sweatshirt and was told the sweatshirt was not available to complete a order form and will call when ready, 3 weeks passed by still didn't here anything to I went into the store with my receipt and was told they couldn't find it and will call me when it's ready now it over a month I've been calling left on hold or no answer and they wonder why we don't support one another bad business! The only reason I'm rating a 1 is because I had to select a star."
