"I was very stressed out to leave my sweet rescue dog anywhere for a week, but had to work out of town. The staff totally put me at ease. They were concerned with how she integrated with the other dogs, and sounded very flexible and accommodating. I spoke to them during the week and, while positive, let on that she was going through some anxiety, and they had made adjustments to make her feel at home. When I picked her up, she was fresh from a bath and brushing! Just because! I heartily endorse K9 Devine for your boarding needs."
"I was extremely disappointed with many things. First, I didn't like that my baby was locked away from me to where I couldn't get to him. 11 to 1, they are closed for lunch. Who takes a 2 hour lunch break? And then his hair was butchered. Never ever again will I bring my pet this establishment. Notify an owner if you feel they are not going to cooperate before preceeding grooming. That is not an executive decision for you to make about someone else's property. I love the groomer, but he will never touch my dog ever again."
