"If you're looking for a quality, low cost solution to your bookkeeping needs. Avoid this company at all costs. I'm still fixing problems that they've caused by accidentally listing payments received and doubling transactions. I had to call them multiple times to solve issues that were never solved and embarrassed me in front of my clients, risking our relationships. I don't doubt that the owners are quality people, but their ability to accomplish one of the most important tasks for any business with a high rate of accuracy and responsiveness is absolutely lacking. My suggestion is to find someone who freelances and does books on the side if you're looking for bookkeeping services. Avoid this company for these services at all costs."
