"I had never had a service as bad as this, the young woman made the mistake of putting my bank's routing number in the account number and this caused the money not to arrive electronically for a month waiting, they sent me to check by UPS and the package and they did not wait for him to open the door and they took it to an office that they do not know what day it will be available. It has been a waste of time and money and they charged me $400 in less than 10 minutes. Please DO NOT file your taxes there, they are very irresponsible.
