"After almost a month of people returning to my house just to fix my pool cleaner & over $140 I give up on this company! Don’t waste your time calling them like I did just read the reviews!"

"Ok first off, I love how instead of taking the criticism, the company just tries to defend their scams. lol! Anyway. Ok. So this is the company the seller of the house we bought chose otherwise we would've seared clear from them. Anyway, they lied about having vacuumed The pool so that it was properly clean. When we called them on it, they sent someone else out and apologized for having had a "Miscommunication" and then they vacuum the pool in the pool was clean. But the pool still needed to have a part replaced so that it could work properly and filter. They did not tell us that they were still waiting on the seller to pay for half of the invoice before they ordered the part, and so we just waited weeks if not months for the part to arrive. Eventually they told us that they were still waiting for the seller to pay half of the invoice, at which time we went to the seller and asked for him to pay the invoice and he paid the invoice. So while we were waiting for the part to arrive next week, they offered to clean the pool again because it has been sitting not clean for months now. They said that it would cost $179 to clean the pool and to put chlorine in the pool so that it would be functional for the days before the part was replaced. We paid them the 179 and they came and Cleaned the pool but then they said that we owe them another $150 because The technician had spent more time cleaning the pool than they had expected to. My husband tested the pool and he discovered that it was indeed not even properly cleaned so that it was chemically safe for my family to use. When we told them that we were not willing to pay them that extra $150 because we had not agreed on that extra time and labor that they said that they did, they failed to arrive and replace the part on the scheduled time and day that they said, Even though that had already been paid by the seller and schedule Long story short, this company is a colossal scam. Steer clear of them at all costs."

"Beyond poor service. No communication, called out 7 times for same issue. They said American Home Shield won’t cover pool sweep, but had no problem billing them for coming out! Then telling me it was fixed, but when I came home, same issues. They “ replaced “ my timer by taking inside parts out and putting in 30 years old box. When I told him this was unacceptable, would not send technician to complete job properly. Cost me $200 to have another technician repair it!"

"After 7 weeks and 6 times coming out, they couldn’t manage to repair my pool sweep that is just floating around. Kept claiming is wasn’t covered under home warranty- but warranty says it is and kept sending them out. Also was to replace timers, but put them up in old rusted box instead of brand new box they came in- then claimed home warranty won’t cover them replacing box."
