"I had a left turn slide for them to install. They ran the line wrong so I had to return it for a right turn slide. So they install the slide and water was flowing onto my concrete instead of the pool. Obviously wasn't measured correctly. The hurricane came and tore the flexible line and slide off. So I finally decided to replace the slide. I go out there with my tools including a pipe wrench. They installed it where it could screw but instead of just screwing it on they also glued it. Now it needs to be cut and I only have a 1/2 inch to glue on. Mic drop! Find people who pay attention to details when your spending close to 50 grand. He only takes responsibility for good work, hence his response that this is a fraud review."
