"Unfortunately disappointed with the lack of response, casual nature of answers, and unwillingness to explain further when asking about a cost seg for some rental properties. The team member that worked with me was helpful in the beginning, asked my scenario which I explained in detail over the phone. They then said they were going to email me some specs they wanted for me regarding the cost seg analysis. I provided everything within a couple of hours. On that phone call and the subsequent email acknowledging they had received what they needed from me, they said twice that they believed they could help me, even asked when I planned on filing for taxes and said the timeline of their study would fit into the time frame for that to happen. 5 weeks went by and I didn't hear anything so I decided to check in. I went back to the last email that said "Once you get this information to me, I will have the analyses back to you in 24-48 hours. The analyses will show an estimation of the economic benefit to you and our fee to get the studies done." I realized they never got back in that window so when I emailed and asked if I had missed anything, they came back and said "sorry we can't help. the minimum basis to help is "x", your building is "y" so it won't benefit". The frustrating part is that they knew my situation didn't meet the minimum basis to help on the day i sent the specs over to them and they acknowledged that they received them. Then, they never got back in 24-48 hours as they promised. Then, the only reason I got an answer is because I reached out after 5 weeks. I responded back asking for some clarification based off all previous emails and phone call and got no response. I have called 3 times and left 3 messages in the two weeks since then and got no call back. In my last message, I said I would like a call by today or I would leave a review and here we are. The sad thing is, all they had to do was communicate that my situation didn't meet the minimum basis to help me, and do that within 24-48 hours as promised, and we wouldn't be here. Lack of customer service, follow through, and professionalism is sad these days."

By the way the 1 star review above was given by a former star player for that same company caught red-handed with less than ethical ... canned. And started a competing company. So please consider the source. And if "you" take your bitter and retaliatory review down I may consider amending mine."
