Lincoln Parish Park

"We camped here for a week in September 2024. This is a beautiful park that is well maintained. The staff is very friendly. The park has an awesome reservoir lake and miles of hiking trails. Park wifi was great and certainly good enough to support working remote. It is hard to believe you are within two miles of a thriving college town. We will definitely be back! Update: We returned to LPP for about 10 days in February of 2024. The early part of our trip was rainy but that led to a bonus discovery - a beautiful waterfall. We did notice that the park wifi was not as good as it was previously. We had to fire up our travelfi in order to work, but that solved our issue."

"Gorgeous park!!! Well kept and lots of places to go. There is a walking trail going around the lake, beach (season based), and trails in the woods that are easy to follow. The park is very kid friendly with different areas for different ages. There is a $3 per person entry fee (3 and under are free) and this is in effect until the park closes at night. Dog friendly but must be kept on a leash at all times. Waterfall was not flowing but seems like it would be quite peaceful when it is."

"Very nice park and campground! Clean, well-maintained, great for RVers and tent campers. Concrete pads, full hookups, convenient washrooms & showers. Nice walking/biking path around the lake. Birds and turtles in and around the lake. Staff is friendly and helpful."
