"First off, not only did this dry cleaner RIP my dress to SHREDS, but when I brought it in to ask for a refund on the dress and the dry cleaning, the woman at the desk and her father (over the phone, the owner) accused me of bringing the dress to them ripped prior to the dry cleaning. So not only do they not believe their own customers, but she would not even refund me back the cost to dry clean the dress. We used to bring clothes here weekly, and they have lost our business. The dress speaks for itself."
