"Arrived at 11 am and didn't leave until 5:30. Here for 6.5 hrs only to scale and find out I'm overweight!! Drives and tandems we're both overweight. Lady you check in with was really nice. Idk what's up with those guys loading you. Prepare to wait. Especially if you get here close to lunch time."

"Bad customer service! We have ordered body wash for motel business and there were 2 in back order. I understand that during this pandemic, there's high demand in the production of this type of essential but the communication between the client and reps that work at this company isn't good. So, I called today about it and one of the rep that works at this company told me that she'll contact my sales rep and call me back. She even took my name and number. And then after few minutes or so, I called back and another rep that works there answered the phone. I told her what I was looking for or what have you and she put me on hold for few sec. and told me your Sales rep will call you. I asked her to ask him about what I ordered and all. And she told me, you can ask him when he calls. We have (our family) motel business where there are customers who work around the clock and they need body wash to take shower and all. Some of them have their own body wash but getting things done on time, in the right, at the right time is the key to having success in any type of business."
