One Hour Valet Dry Cleaning

"You know, I really had faith in this place based upon fair reviews. Let me start by saying their pricing is competitive. Given what I paid them to dry clean my and my brother's clothes I was not at all surprised by the bill. What I was surprised by, however, were the marks on the French cuff sleeve of a /literal/ brand new shirt I was to wear to my sister's wedding. Secondary to that is that the dual button style French cuff closure was not returned to me upon pickup. All I'd hoped for was that they'd press it for me. How in the world do new stains develop from however they handle the clothing? I'll give them the press/crease job in the clothing was good. I did like the lines... but do not depend on One Hour to deliver last minute; have a back up plan."

"Great dry cleaners. Was in town and needed quick dry cleaning before Thanksgiving they did it in 7 hours. It was a California king comforter."

That was a Saturday I called back Monday the lady said no problem I'll take care of the dresses. I pick the up on Friday 10/20 I opened it to see both dresses my gown/dress that I have to where 11/5 was singed she want to tell me I brought it to her like that. I told her No its smack brand new it has a hole in the design. I'm pissed she thought giving me my $18.00 would be enough well its not. Beware going here. I will consult my legal advisor that gown cost me $219.00 and it's ruin."

"Spilled some oil lip gloss on a new silk skirt and was advised to use Dawn and water to get remove the stain, but I only made it worse! Took it to One Hour Valet, and it looks brand new. They even fixed some stiching and added a new clasp- will definitely be returning."
