"The counter was cluttered with clothes and the attendant was on a FaceTime call when I walked in. Instead of hanging up she told the person to wait a minute. And talked to them as she assisted me. I was a die hard white star fan but this is one of the only places available to bring clothes. So I’ve come here a few times. The few times I’ve used them my clothes come back good and timely, but the attendant just has terrible service manners. I was concerned leaving my clothes today because she didn’t even get an accurate count of my items just said I got it. Then before I could walk out the door she was back to her FaceTime call. It was so rude. She was pleasant and wasn’t per say ugly to me but get off the phone! This happened the first time I was there as well! Same attendant was watching a video. It’s just horrible business etiquette. I felt like another reviewer….. someone else in Thibodaux please open a cleaners! I’ll go there instead for sure!"
