"they are dishonest and not careful!!! even though i just wanted the wrinkled clothes i ordered to be pressed they claimed that i HAD to pay for dry cleaning if the tag was still on it if i just wanted it pressed AND didn't tell me to keep the detachable accessories and nearly lost them!!!!!!!!"

"Completely ruined a $130 silk Tommy Bahama shirt, claiming that there were no laundering instructions to go by. (Not sure why they would continue under those circumstances, but hey...it's Laughayette) When I asked how they would remedy the error, they offered two free dry cleanings (smell the irony?), claimed that the shirt was made in China, not the Bahamas???, that I'd pulled off laundry tags I'd not removed from previous launderings, asked how old the shirt was, etc. Excuses, deflections and veiled accusations later, I told them to enjoy the shirt and have a great day....what an awful business."
