"Very disappointed ☹️ I brought one button up long sleeve shirt.JUST TO GET PRESSED AND LIGHTLY STARCH.wanted a nice ""CREASE ""in the sleeves.now the shirt AND SUIT was done by them previously!! brought shirt back in same plastic covering to be pressed and creased...WRINKLED !! UNDER SLEEVES!! AND NO CREASE !! I specifically said when dropped off what I would like..not the cost of service by no means! It's the customer service and the" PRINCIPLE ""YOU WANT IT PROFESSIONALLY DONE! that's what you should receive.... when expressed my disappointment SAME GIRL THAT'S ALWAYS THERE ""SAYS NOT GOING TO GET FIRED OVER $4.12"" that is not the point... completely DISAPPOINTED it's for my son's homecoming dance..."
