"I had an old drain pipe that broke in my wall. Called Mr. Rooter. They sent my technician Shane the same day within about 4-5 hours. He was very knowledgeable about what was going on. I could go on and on about how great Shane was but I’ll just say the best thing was that I even though he couldn’t fix the problem until the next morning he was mostly concerned with our safety and comfort with having exposed wall and pipe and keeping us safe from possible critters! He gave us several options and offered to patch up the wall he offered to install access panels. He really made us feel safe. He replaced the pipe and swept up his mess left my house spotless. He was super kind and he did all this work even though it was his birthday. If you were wondering The job was very expensive though it cost us over $900 but I’m not complaining."
