"The heater in my condo stopped heating just as the cold weather moved into the city. I called Christmas Eve morning, and they told me it would take 3-4 hours to get someone here, and the technician (Chris) called me about 3 hours later to let me know he was on the way. Chris was extremely knowledgeable, began methodically breaking down the heater and testing the various components. Within 10 minutes he had identified the problem, made a call, and went back to the shop to see if they had the part.
