"Quality of work was average at best. For the price per pound, it was too much for the wrinkles i received. Watch for hidden fees. They do not weigh your clothes upon check-in nor give you a ticket for you to retrieve your items. Overall, the experience was negative, and I suggest finding another location."

"I brought some jeans in to get cleaned about a week ago. I went in to pick them up and was informed that they are unable to find them. They asked for me to give them the weekend to find them and that they would call me on Monday. Being I didn't hear from them by Wednesday I went in and checked to see if there was any progress. The lady in Walker called the main office and they said take my number and they will call me the next day. Well it's the end of the next day and still no word. I guess they are just not too worried about finding their customers clothes or at the very least calling when they say they will."

I really appreciated that I live in Watson but I wanted the dry cleaning quicker than it takes if you just drop it off and come back at the end of the week so I went to the main branch and dropped my stuff off and they had it ready in three days.
