"I had used these guys in the past for one of my properties and it went well. Then, the blower motor in my HVAC system died. I work in the film industry and let them know that this last year was not very kind to me because of the strikes. The technician made a big deal about how hard it would be to find parts for my system and offered to repair it for $2,300, but really tried to push me on buying an entirely new system for $20,000. I found the exact part almost immediately online for $100 and found instructional videos on YouTube for free. I have multiple residential properties and will NEVER use Bryan’s United again."

I called Wednesday, January 10, 2024, to get someone out to check my ac unit because the heater was not working, and a cold front was headed this way. DJ arrived that afternoon to check it out and I was told that I needed a new ac unit because my unit was a hazard to operate. (2007 ac unit). He then setup an appointment for the next day, Thursday, January 11, 2024, for me to speak with their consultant Josh, to give me some options. After talking with Josh, I decided to get a new unit. I asked if I could get someone out for the next day to have the unit install due to the cold weather headed this way. The company made it possible, and the technicians and installers (Michael, Donaldo, Chad and Romalis) arrive at 8:15am Friday, January 12, 2024. They were very, professional, knowledgeable, did an awesome job. They cleaned up, made sure the system was running as expected. Thanks, to Bryan’s United and Surgi’s the great customer service, dispatcher, and team you made it happen for me."

"I wanted to take the opportunity to give a rave review for the crew that came to my home a week ago to replace an old A/C unit with a brand new one AND move 2 outside compressors to another location under not ideal weather conditions. Not only did they work fast, but their workmanship and attention to detail were very impressive. They made sure the work was done right and in an aesthetic manner with regards to the exterior work. I could not be more impressed and thankful for the experience. Carlos was the lead and along with Chase, handled the new unit. They were thorough, addressed my concerns promptly and professionally, and also took the time to explain to me how certain things worked, from the new thermostat, to how to do some basic maintenance on my own to minimize certain issues that can commonly occur. Roberto and Caesar handled the exterior. They were pleasant to interact with and also took the time to answer questions or concerns I had. Their thorough work was notable and exceeded my expectations. I also had the pleasure to meet David who took the time to talk to me about other issues I may soon be confronted with and counseled me on options moving forward. I appreciated his candor. "We recently moved into a home that was serviced by this company. I get a call yesterday being told that there was one more service due from what was paid for and that they wanted to honor it for us and get us on the schedule. Sounding so friendly and generous like they’re just wanting to “do the right thing” she then proceeds to tell me, “then we can get you all set up.” I explained we had a home warranty that covers AC so we would revisit the idea next year. She got short with me and just said, “well we hope to hear from you then” and started to end the call. I asked, don’t we need to schedule the service? She goes, “oh that’s only if you were going to sign up. It’s not an offer now.” How incredibly unprofessional to retract the offer and be so short with me. She definitely helped me decide that we will NOT be revisiting the idea of hiring such a dishonest company!"

"I called on a Tuesday to set up installation of the air handler. We had obtained a quote after our last maintenance was performed. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Bryan's was able to come do the installation on Wednesday. The two techs were very thorough, removing the old system and the base, installing a new base and new air handler, taping and sealing the unit neatly, and removing all of the used materials and packing materials from the job. They were also polite to us and kind to our two old dogs. I would recommend Bryan's for replacing or installing AC equipment. We also use the maintenance service."
