"He was a nice and well informed man. He fixed our ac in no time and there was a few problems going on with it that we had no clue of. This man knew what he was doing and what else was wrong with that AC. Unfortunately the AC was installed by another man (not with this company) and he had problems for two days just getting it into the attic. Not to mention he crossed wires (the other company of course) and brought the wrong thermostat then we were back with no air conditioner for a few days. We called him many times because of the shoddy work. That was many months after Ida and I took what I could get. Never again, I’ll use Surgi’s every time. He was fast getting here too. If we have to wait for them to be free we will wait so other jobs will be done right. If I could give Brandon 10 Stars I definitely would."

I was impressed by his demeanor and willingness to address all my questions and concerns and took the time to thoroughly explain. Overall I was very pleased with his professionalism. "I had a great experience with Surgi's especially with Mr. Justin, the technician that came out to my property. He was very thorough with the tune up on my 27 year old unit ... yes you heard correctly 27 years old. He unclogged my service line when inspecting the inside unit then recommended I replace the capacitor because it was on its last leg so I did just that. He mentioned a couple other things as options but would be a waste of time and money in the long run for me because how old my unit was already and eventually I'd need to replace it in the near future (which I anticipated that so no shock). I just love the hobest and knowledge behind this service call. Would recommend this company and I personally will be using them for my future AC needs. Hard to find good quality companies and workers these days!"

"The technicians can be nice, but wow they really try to upsell you on things you don't need, and sometimes they're just not knowledgeable about what they're talking about. I have two Air Knight PX5 air purification systems. There is a very clear electrical cord running to it that powers a UV bulb. The UV bulb replacement is $148.00 online. The technician tried arguing with me that there was no UV bulb, it was simply an air purifier filter and I needed to replace the entire cartridge. I asked him to just make sure the power was not disconnected by whatever he did, and he said there was no reason for power to be connected to it because it was just an air filter. That's just wrong. He then tried to tell me I should replace both of them with their Coil Scrubber UV systems for a total of $1,966.00. He then said I needed an attic tent for $280.00. The same exact tent can be purchased from Amazon for under $50.00. I understand businesses need to make money to survive, but these markups are really out there for me. Trying to push a nearly $2,000.00 system for something that should have been $300.00 in parts really makes me believe everything else they do is marked up just as much and not worth the cost."

"David was great. He explained everything and did exactly what I was asking. Definitely recommend him for any electrical needs. We also had Travis come and work on moving a gas line for our stove. He was amazing as well. Did a great job with explaining what needed to be done and installing everything and making sure everything was in working order. Great team work by both gentlemen."
