Ray, the technician came out within a couple of hours and replaced the motor and track as well as reinforced the door for a fair price. I was very pleased and satisfied with Ray’s work. He was so helpful explaining how to use the new remote and showed me how to use the app associated with opening and closing the door using my phone.
