It was a difficult job that involved wrestling the old system down from an attic, using a small access and a ladder. I had the pleasure of dealing with two gentlemen at two (Kelly and Jordan different times. They thoroughly explained to me everything!!!!! I know that I'm in the right place for all my ac and heating needs!!!! Plus, as a bonus they are a 24 hour company!!!!! I had my fall service call, on Monday and due to issues that were found with the furnace vent that the roofing company installed after Ida, I had to have heat turned off to keep from having carbon monoxide in my house. My roof vent was corrected on Thursday by a person they recommended. Then Jordan came out the same day that vent was installed correctly and gave me my heat!!!! So, I have to give kudos to their quick response as well as their amazing experience I have with dealing with this company!!!!! You're in great hands with Southland AC and Heating!!!!!"
