"Very first time I used their services, I dropped off a new pair of pants and a favorite staple in my closet (a llightweight summer cap-sleeved jacket) that i wear all the time. When I removed the plastic covering from the hanger a few days later when I was planning to wear the jacket, I saw that it had been ruined. Whatever the cause, the material was permanently damaged over the entire garment. While I would still have been disappointed under any circumstances, I do understand that mistakes happen. However, there's no way that could have happened and no one be aware, and the fact that I was not told about it and was still charged full price is unacceptable to me. I will not be back."
