"Repair man didn’t not bring the correct belt to fix our dryer and instead of going to Lowe’s it Home Depot to grab a belt for the dryer. He decides to wait until Monday to go get the belt and try to charge another $95 to come back out and finish the job. Not my fault that you didn’t have the equipment to fix the problem. Would not recommend this company"

"I first called Nathan about a Samsung refrigerator repair. He spent 15 minutes on the phone providing advice. He was the only knowledgably person on this brand of the many I contacted. Who gets 15 minutes of service advice, unheard of. But I also needed dryer service. He came out promptly on schedule, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and told me how to prevent a future reoccurrence. His service is very rightly priced. So I am going to use him again, right! I text asking for service on my trash disposal after doing what I could with my limited knowledge. He provided me with further instruction and says that should fix it and if not he would come out. Yes, I was able to fix it, saving me a service call. WHO DOES THAT! The repair would have taken him two minutes of his service call time. He could have made some money off me, but no, that is not what Nathan is about. Spongy Appliance Parts and Service is my go to appliance repair service. Nathan you ROCK!"
