"Business misleading as it represents itself as being from one's hometown (it's not). Was able to make an appointment only to receive a call the night prior that a tech could not be found for repair - meaning that the business set up an appointment not knowing whether they could actually cover said appointment. In addition, hold for the amount of service call placed on credit card prior to appointment. So a hold for the service call is placed on one's credit card - without the ability to confirm that service will actually occur. Finally, initial call make on a Friday. Appointment set on Tuesday. Cancellation call (from company) received on Monday night. Thus, because customer is led to believe that the service call will actually occur time is lost with respect to looking for a repair person."

"I called to make an appointment with this company because they advertise open 24hours. Beware the company that answers the phone is not the same as listed on here. They booked my appointment for Saturday and then called me that morning saying the technician can not come out because he don't have the experience working on my brand of appliances. You mean to tell me when I called and booked the appointment you didnt have his qualifications right in front of you. I had to cancel because I don't have the kind of job to take off on a weekday. The problem comes in because this company charged my bank account on advance for some reason and it won't dropped off until next week. So I have to wait until the money gets back on my card to book anyone else. This is not a local company so don't be fooled like I was."
