"I tried to get in contact with them through the Carrier website, when I never received a response I called and followed up and they claimed to not have any contact information for me. I then asked to schedule an appointment and they said I could be next in line and refused to provide any idea when that would be so I said I'll take the appointment and call back if I can find someone else first fo cancel..and they receptionist said she would check with her guys and call me back. The next morning no call received I called back and the receptionist said she had cancelled the appointment because I said I had found someone else--I had never called back or said anything more about cancelling an appointment. This place is a total circus. For anyone with a time-sensitive issue, hold your breath with these guys and expect to pass out...they will fumble all day."
