"Our Dusk-to-Dawn light went out suddenly. It was located above our garage door, high on the gable. Having just seen Gridic's award by the Better Business Bureau in the Daily Iberian, I decided to email them on Sunday night, and I advised them of my problem. They called at 7:30 am on Monday and said they could come on Tuesday; when I said I was going out of town on Tuesday, they said they would try to come Monday afternoon. They called and came out Monday afternoon and determined they would need a new bulb. Tuesday morning they came with the new bulb, but upon looking closely, they saw that the LED light was just disconnected, and got it going. With all that activity I was only charged the $150 for the initial visit. I was very impressed with their prompt and professional service! Gridic is my new first choice for an electrician."
