"We made the first appointment for early June. They didn’t show up. It took them a week to reschedule. When they did reschedule and coke out, our pump had gone out. We reordered a pump. Made an appointment for July 3. They never showed up. Then when we call, the girl on the phone had an attitude and hung up saying we were being rude. No one was rude. She said that the pool guy came. We were confused because we were literally home all day. Since we questioned her, she said we were rude and hung up in our face. She also took the phone off the hook and never answered the phone again after we called. We were home all day waiting specifically for them. They could never give us an ETA, so we made sure to stay home. No we we have another family holiday with no pool. We will be requesting a full refund because we have already paid them."

"Absolutely no communication skills. Will not answer the phone or return voicemails left. Will bill you for parts and/or maintenance that is not performed. Will leave trash (empty chemical bottles) by your pool for you to dispose of. Do not use this company!!!!!"
