"Call over a couple of months ago about getting a gas line run to my fire place. Said they would get back to me but never did. I'm never a fan of a company that you have track down and beg them to take your money. Because if you run into problems you will have the same trouble getting them to come back out and fix it. Rather give my business to someone that actually needs it. Ended up finding someone to do it for me. They were a lot quicker and a lot cheaper. Lady on the phone told me this company charges $175 from the time they leave their shop. So if it takes them 30 minutes to get there, I am already out close to $100. Was never offered any kind of free estimate, so just for them to come out I had no idea what I would be paying. Probably best that they never returned my call."
