"Ironically, this company is completely UNRELIABLE. Ryan Mayard & Reliable Pools overcharged, failed to complete the work, and failed to properly install equipment. Ryan Mayard's failures resulted in all of the filter sand (250 lbs) being pumped into the swimming pool, much of which is still there after 2 months. He failed to correct this problem and was dishonest in the process. He was paid in full for the work, even the work he did not complete. Ryan Mayard then abandoned the project and left the pool in a terrible condition. See photo below. This pool is in close proximity to the Vermilion River, and after Ryan Mayard installed the pool equipment incorrectly, the color of the water in the pool and the river was about the same. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!"

"I hired Ryan from Reliable Pools LLC out of Abbeville, La to replace my in-ground pool liner. They did a fantastic job! It was extremely difficult to find someone who would even take the job on. Most companies declined. Ryan and Cody were patient and professional with the process because the job didn't go exactly text book. I'd definitely recommend them and/or hire them again. Thanks guys.
