"So far I am unimpressed. I called a week ago to schedule a repair for my oven. They called back and said they'd get to us next week. Then they called back to get info on the oven and they didn't even know a dual fuel range existed. At one point they told my husband it probably wasn't worth fixing and we should just get a new stove. They haven't even seen it! This range was $1400....pretty sure it's worth fixing. Especially since doing a quick search online suggests the problem is a relay. I'll change my review if they ever make it here and attempt to fix the stove....but at this point I am not optimistic."
