"Charged 175$ for new coils for water heater. Most of the job was set up for them took less than 10min. This was after I called first thing in the morning and they said they had time that day to get it taken care of by noon. Noon rolls around and no call nothing. Call them around 3 and they said would be soon. Didn't show up until almost 5 whole family in tow. Rude and condescending despite me completing most of the work for them."
