"Let me first start by saying that I hate to leave this distasteful review ...but they deserve every word that I type. I try to be understanding and give people the benefit of the doubt. I swear I do but they left me no recourse. They are very unprofessional and rude....they make appointments that they don't keep and when you show up... they aren't there so you call and they ask you to leave your tax information there. You then have to make another trip up there to sign. I called in reference to the change in filing cost from last year understanding that things change but wanting to know what forms were used....one lady was very hostile stating she didn't have time for this and transferred me to some guy that was absolutely no help...promised to call me back with some answers and never did. So backing up, when I went to sign the guy repeatedly stated ....he didn't know anything about my taxes and was only letting me sign because he was not the one who did my taxes. I honestly didn't think about getting my title back for the car taxes on the car I had purchased the year before. So a couple of weeks later I went back to get my title...only the guy was there and he didn't have time to go find my title...I asked if he had tax paperwork alphabetized... it should only take a couple of minutes right and I need my registration for my job..I travel...he stated that he was in the process of doing that now and couldn't even stop and look as a courtesy even.....which basically told me a lot more about their customer service and organization skills. He then stated I should have called first...seriously I'm still waiting for a phone call from you in reference to pricing .and what forms were used to file my taxes....so now we are on my third trip...he asked me to leave my number and when they found it...they would give me a call....not ...even fifteen minutes later...he calls and tells me they found it and i could come pick it up...are you freaking kidding me and you couldn't take the time to do this while I was just there....I really hate to leave a bad review..I truly like to give people the benefit of the doubt but they were horrible...so callous .and such disregard...it was one of the most disheartening and disgusting customer service experiences I've ever had and I spent about $600 total filing with them... I'm going to start doing my own taxes...even if you don't do your own taxes I would not recommend anyone ever using them...they don't care about you or your time"
