"Our AC failed suddenly on one of the hottest evenings this year - around 5:00pm. We couldn’t get any other of the “big” companies on this list to respond. One call to this business and the owner said “I’ll be there in 30 minutes.” And he was. Our issue actually involved a more complicated wiring issue that the company could not initially resolve, so we had to call an electrician, but the owner of this company remained responsive until 11:30pm to make sure our AC compressor did not burn up. He returned the next day twice - first he explained the situation to the electrician who fixed our wiring issue. Then he figured out the issue with the AC itself and fixed it - all of this for a very reasonable amount. Highly highly highly recommend."
